Speakers

Jim Graziano Jim Graziano, helps clients protect their intellectual property by developing patent portfolios in various high technology fields, with an emphasis on communications and the Internet. In his practice, Mr. Graziano gains an understanding of the client’s relevant product market, its competitors, the present technology and technology trends, the corresponding international perspective, legislative trends in the various countries of interest to the client, and licensing opportunities.  He then integrates all of these factors into a coordinated intellectual property portfolio development plan that aggressively delimits the client’s present and future intellectual property rights. The patents filed in this process are broad in scope and interlocking in nature to present an eminently defensible patent position for the client.

Alan Talesnick, counsels clients on governance and securities law matters, including private and public offerings, public disclosure, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance (including Sarbanes-Oxley), mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. This work includes assistance in negotiating, structuring, drafting, and reviewing the documents related to these activities.  Mr. Talesnick works closely with, and provides ongoing legal advice to, company management and boards of directors with respect to these matters.
Mr. Talesnick represents clients ranging from listed mid-cap and micro-cap publicly-traded companies to emerging growth companies, closely-held business entities, and private equity funds and investors, both on an ongoing and a transactional basis.

Christine Ekman, has been consulting clients on market positioning, strategic planning, technology assessment, business development and corporate acquisition in the networking industry for over 15 years.  Before founding Evolve Adapt Survive, Christine worked for NBI, US West Enterprise, Bay Networks, and Nortel Networks. In her consulting role, Christine assists clients in identifying target markets, planning product lines, defining specific products requirements and communicating messages to targeted customers including networking services providers and network equipment manufactures.
